This notice applies to the Helios AI website and its AI token and data offerings. Specific services are subject to the applicable service agreement, licensing terms, provider requirements, and Privacy Policy.
1.Service Availability and Restricted Regions
Helios AI does not provide services where doing so would violate applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, or binding service-provider restrictions.
“Restricted Regions” means jurisdictions or territories where the relevant service is prohibited under applicable requirements or is not supported under Helios AI’s service-availability policies or those of the relevant provider. Restrictions may differ by service, model, dataset, customer, and intended use.
Services are also unavailable to persons or entities subject to applicable restrictions, including entities owned or controlled by restricted persons where the relevant rules require this.
Website accessibility does not establish eligibility to receive services. Please contact us to confirm availability for your location and intended use.
2.Eligibility and Compliance Review
We may request information reasonably necessary to assess customer identity, business activities, location, intended use, and service eligibility.
Customers must provide accurate information and must not conceal their identity, location, end user, or intended use to circumvent applicable restrictions.
We may decline, limit, suspend, or discontinue access where required by law, provider requirements, or applicable contractual terms. Any action affecting an existing service remains subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement.
3.AI Token Services
References to “AI tokens” describe units associated with AI model processing or usage. They do not, by themselves, refer to cryptocurrency, securities, or investment products.
Model availability, permitted uses, pricing, usage limits, and processing arrangements depend on the selected service and relevant provider terms. Website descriptions do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any particular model or provider.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Customers are responsible for appropriate review and validation before relying on outputs, particularly in consequential applications.
4.Data Services and Usage Rights
Dataset availability, provenance documentation, permitted uses, delivery specifications, and licensing restrictions are determined for each engagement.
Access to a sample or dataset does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond those expressly provided in the applicable agreement. Training, evaluation, modification, redistribution, sublicensing, and commercial use may require specific authorization.
Customers must hold the necessary rights and permissions for materials they provide. Personal, confidential, sensitive, or third-party materials must not be submitted unless the relevant processing arrangements and authorizations are in place.
Illustrative previews and example specifications are provided to explain potential data structures. They do not establish commercial availability or a commitment to supply a particular dataset.
5.Privacy and Confidentiality
Helios AI is committed to responsible handling of personal information and customer materials. The purposes of processing, categories of recipients, retention practices, applicable rights, and contact procedures are described in our Privacy Policy and relevant agreements.
The processing of prompts, outputs, uploaded files, and datasets—including any retention or use for model improvement—depends on the selected service, provider configuration, and agreed contractual terms. Please confirm these arrangements before submitting sensitive or confidential information.
Any service-specific confidentiality, security, data-location, or processing commitments must be expressly agreed. This notice does not constitute a guarantee of absolute security or a blanket commitment that every service operates under identical data-handling conditions.
6.Acceptable Use
Services must be used lawfully and in accordance with applicable agreements and provider policies.
Prohibited activities include circumventing access restrictions, unauthorized access to systems or data, infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights, and other unlawful or prohibited uses.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their intended applications and downstream use comply with applicable requirements.
7.Website Content, Media, and External Links
Website content, including news, press releases, and insights, is provided for general information. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice.
Third-party coverage and external links are provided for reference. The relevant third party’s terms and privacy practices apply when using its website or services. Inclusion of a link does not, by itself, constitute endorsement of every statement or offering on that website.
Service descriptions and availability may change. Binding commitments are established through the applicable agreement, rather than general website content.
8.Applicable Agreements and Mandatory Rights
This notice supplements the terms applicable to each service. In the event of a conflict concerning a specific service, the relevant executed agreement governs to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any rights, obligations, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
